- How do I make a reservation?
You may either make a reservation on the hotel website or you may contact our reservations team which is operational 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Can your reservation team make a package for me including Hotel Booking, Transportation and Sightseeing?
Yes. We have a specialized & experienced reservations team. Our team is pleased to assist you with Hotel Booking in Manali, Shimla & Chandigarh, booking transfers by Car or Train or Flight, planning sightseeing excursions and much more. Please contact our respective hotel reservations team for further details.
- What packages & offers you have for Manali or Chandigarh?
We have various packages & special offers. Please check underneath Packages & Offers link of respective hotels.
- Are there any long stay discounts or special offers for group bookings?
Yes. We have special discounts and offers; please contact our Reservations Team and they will be happy to see what discounts or offers are currently available.
- What is the check in and check out time?
The hotel check in time is 01:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 Noon. An early check in or a late check out can be requested in advance (on extra charge) and will be granted if at all possible.
- Can I change my room type upon check in?
Yes. You can upgrade your booking on arrival if rooms are available by paying the extra difference, however you cannot opt to downgrade your booking to a lower category room.
- Do the hotels allow pets?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
