1. The above Special Rates are inclusive of all taxes and are non-commissionable.
2. ADVANCE PAYMENT: 50% advance payment on confirmation of booking or as per validity.
3. MODE OF PAYMENT:
 (a) Manali: By Demand Dratt in favor of “Hotel Sunpark” payable at Manali or Deposit the amount in our ICICI Bank A/C No. 004305003661 under prior intimation to us. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUTSTATION CHEQUES. 
 (b) Chandigarh: By Demand Draft in favor of “Sunpark Hotel & Resorts Pvt Ltd." payable at Chandigarh or Deposit the amount in our ICICI Bank A/C No. 004305003673 under prior intimation to us. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUTSTATION CHEQUES.

4. REFUND: No refund for short stays and unavailed facilities.
5. JURISDICTION: All disputes are subject to Manali Jurisdiction for Manali Hotel and Chandigarh Jurisdiction for Chandigarh Hotel.
6. CHECK-IN/OUT: 12 NOON CANCELLATION RULES & REGULATIONS

* Before than 7 days  : 50% of the package price.
* After 7 days or no show : No refund.

*All packages are extendable on pro- rata basis as quoted at the time of reservations only or subject to availability.
* No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.
* The Management reserves the right to alter or withdraw in facilities provided under these packages.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to a confirmation from the Hotel.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

All bills will be payable on the rates applicable during check-in. Check out time 12:00 noon.
